Preview: West Coast vs North Melbourne

This game is a lot closer than the odds suggest in my opinion. Looks like the bookmakers have overreacted to the sensational win that West Coast produced against the Bulldogs last week. You can get $3.05 for the Roos’ on Sportsbet, a team that also had a convincing win last week.

The forecast is predicting a wet and windy game in the West. Two very average teams playing in bad conditions, things could get ugly. If the forecast stays true expect a low scoring & unskillful game. You wouldn’t suspect its a day for the tall forwards.

The Eagles are still without their two best players in Dean Cox and Daniel Kerr, unfortunately for them they will have to live with that for the remainder of the season.

The Verdict

This is tough to pick. There’s definitely value with the Kangaroos, value worth taking too in my opinion.

The Roos’ will go in with a more experienced side, something that may help them if the conditions are bad.

I’m going the line with a fair bit of confidence.
